Over the last 2 years we have seen more and more projects that “fall between the cracks” of our 2 hour flagging design visits and our full scale master plans.
A scaled landscape plan is an essential tool for planning your yard. It allows you to tackle the project in stages and helps you estimate your materials if you are doing it yourself.
Even if you are plan on using a landscape contractor, a scaled plan that is customized to your likes allows you to shop it with multiple contractors, just like our typical landscape master plans.
Pricing for all of our services is based on our time spent traveling to and on your site and, of course, in the office.
To provide the best value for our Simple Scaled plans we usually do not include an in person presentation of the design. Materials are emailed and 2 hard copies of the drawing itself are mailed once the design balance is paid. We can provide a Paypal invoice or we accept Venmo and Cashapp for the final payment.
